Replacing Hydraulic oil in Hydraulic systems is not always necessary.
It is often sufficient to filter it to clean it of impurities, factors that risk seriously damaging the components of automations, such as valves and pumps, and thus preserve the components of the system.

The Athalon Pall filter trolley treats hydraulic fluids and lubricants, eliminating solid and particulate contamination. The trolley mounts filter elements with a variable removal power, according to the needs.
The Pall purifier is designed for use with small and medium-sized oil systems, especially where high viscosity fluids are used and can effectively remove 26 liters of water per day from the oil.
In addition to water, it is able (under extreme conditions) to eliminate any presence of gases and solid contaminations in particular:
The PCM500 monitor is a portable diagnostic device that measures the cleanliness of the system fluid, using proven network locking technology. This technology is able to accurately and reliably report ISO 4406 3-series cleaning codes, for most types of fluids and in multiple fields.
